    Introduction

At Altnets, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our approach is built on strong relationships and reliable support. Each customer is supported by a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, ensuring consistent communication and proactive engagement through regular meetings, and availability via phone, email, Teams, or face-to-face visits. Through collaborative planning and customisable structured reporting, we help customers manage network build programmes efficiently. This includes early-stage offer planning, technical advice, procurement forecasting, inventory visibility, and operational support throughout the entire lifecycle of an FTTX deployment.

    Overview

    How we delivered

Wildanet required structured support to manage the planning, procurement, and operational supply of materials for their expanding FTTX network deployment.

Working closely with the Wildanet team, we supported the selection and specification of appropriate products to meet the technical and operational requirements of their network build programme. This ensured the correct solutions were identified early and aligned with both engineering standards and delivery timelines.

To support the scale and complexity of the build, we implemented managed and scheduled ordering aligned with project deployment phases. Framework agreements were established to ensure commercial consistency, predictable pricing, and reliable access to core materials.

Our logistics infrastructure enabled the storage and coordinated release of materials in line with deployment schedules. Through structured inventory management and ongoing procurement planning, we maintained visibility of stock levels and future demand, ensuring the required materials were available when needed.

Alongside supply chain support, we also provided innovation and technical guidance to ensure the solutions deployed remained aligned with evolving network requirements and best practice. By delivering a coordinated approach covering product selection, procurement planning, logistics, and technical support, Wildanet were able to maintain efficient network rollout while minimising supply chain disruption.

Altnets' structured approach to planning, procurement and logistics gave us the confidence to scale our FTTX rollout without supply chain surprises. They feel like an extension of our team.
